Phat Cookies (homemade Double stuff Oreo's)

Ingredients:

2 c. flour
11/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. Milk
Sift together: Flour, baking Soda, Cocoa and Salt. In another bowl cream together: butter, sugar, egg and vanilla

Alternate adding milk and flour mixture to creamed mixture
Bake at 475 for 7 minutes

Frosting
1 c butter
41/2 c powdered sugar divided
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites

Cream together butter, 2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla

beat four egg whites until peaks from add 21/2 cups powdered sugar, combine with cream mixture and pile between two cookies.
