Grandma Couch's Chocolate Sauce

2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
3 tbs flour
1 tsp vanilla
In sauce pan combine sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk, butter and flour stirring constantly bring to boil, boil for 2 minutes. remove from heat and add vanilla
